Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes about 7 to 15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Tracking

When your order ships we will add a tracking number to your order. You can see it in the Orders section of the app or website. If you do not see tracking after 5 business days, email us.

Address mistakes

Please check your address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders are shipped from our supplier's warehouses and may come from outside the United States. Prices shown are what you pay at checkout. If any import fee applies, we will tell you at checkout.

Problems with delivery

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but you did not receive it, see our Returns & Refunds page or email luvairabeauty@gmail.com.
